Scope and Remit
As we continue to grow and expand our offering throughout Scotland, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Directors in our new premises in Blantyre.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing all costs and estimates for tenders and current projects, typically 25-250k. They are also responsible for ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained and updated as appropriate, monitoring costs of ongoing projects and reporting on their profitability.
The opportunity presents significant potential to the right individual, annual bonus, car allowance. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Candidates must have:
- Relevant qualifications.
Experience in the construction industry, preferably 5 plus years, sub- contractor experience would be an advantage. - Knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental safety requirements.
- Flexibility with regard to work patterns and locations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
