Healthcare Joinery
Ash Contracts, on behalf of their client, MPMH, is in the process of the transformation of a derelict boiler house unit at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy to a contemporary facilities management space that will include offices, welfare facilities and workshops.
The 30-week programme of work includes:
- All 1st and 2nd fix joinery works.
- New insulated and fire-rated ceiling
- Installing, framing and plaster boarding partition walls
- Manufacturing doors and insulation
- Forming internal partitions to create toilets and a mezzanine floor.
- IPS and kitchen areas
