Scotland’s leading commercial joinery firm, Ash Contracts provided joinery services for Sharkey, working on behalf of Malmaison Hotels at St Andrew’s square in the centre of Edinburgh.
The project involved connecting two A-listed properties on the edge of the square during festival and Christmas parking restrictions.
The project was completed over a 12 month period. Ash erected the partitions for the 78 bedrooms, we upgraded the fire rating of the existing timber floor, installed all the MF ceilings, and formed the external extension walls in SF metalwork.
